- Holder of  Master's degree in Law .

- Member of Tunisian Bar Association since 2008 .

- Legal head of Professional Football club for 7 years . 

- Member of Association Suisse du droit du sport (ASDS) . Member of International Association of Sports Law ( IASL) . Member of Swiss Arbitration Association ( ASA) .  

- Mohamed has a profound knowledge of national and international sports Law ( especially in football disputes and anti-doping regulations ) .

- Mohamed has participated to many lectures , seminars and international conferences related to Sports Law , international sport disputes and Arbitration .

- Mohamed represents many clubs, players, coaches , agents and intermediaries in proceedings before the Court of Arbitration for Sport (TAS/CAS), FIFA Player's Status Committee , Dispute Resolution Chamber, FIFA Disciplinary Committee as well as in front of national’s dispute bodies and he achieved a very high succes rate in the cases in which he pleaded.

- Mohamed is a consultant and legal adviser to a large number of players, clubs, coaches , intermediaries and federations around the world and of different nationalities.
